Use AI to learn faster — not to cheat or put private data at risk.

Academic integrity

• Follow your university or exam board rules.
• Use AI for planning, explaining, and feedback — not for submitting hidden AI writing as your own when that is banned.
• Do not use prompts to bypass exam rules or AI-detection tools.
• Cite sources you actually read.

Verify facts

• Open links and check primary sources.
• Treat medical, legal, and tax answers as starting points only.

Privacy — never paste

• Passwords, OTPs, bank details, CNIC scans
• Client secrets, unpublished grades, private student data
• Anything you would not share on a public WhatsApp group

When a school, client, or publisher asks, say when AI helped. Honesty builds trust.
